Refund Policy

Reellet is sold by our merchant of record, Creem, which processes payments, refunds and chargebacks. This policy explains when we refund. It does not limit any right you have under mandatory consumer law; see also our Terms of Service.

1. Activation

The activation is a one-time $4 payment. It is supplied immediately: your account is activated and its 7 days of paid features start as soon as the payment completes. At checkout you are asked to agree to this immediate supply and to acknowledge that, once it starts, you lose the right to withdraw from the purchase. For this reason the activation is not refunded once supplied, unless the law that applies to you requires a refund.

2. Plans: 14 days

If you are not satisfied with a monthly, yearly or lifetime plan, ask for a refund within 14 days of the payment and you get the full amount back. This includes a renewal payment of a monthly or yearly plan, counted from the day of that renewal.

3. After 14 days

You can turn off automatic renewal at any time in your account; the plan then stays active until the end of the period already paid for, and you are not charged again. Payments older than 14 days are not refunded, except where the law that applies to you requires it.

4. What a refund changes

A full refund or a chargeback ends the paid features of that purchase from that moment. If it was the purchase that activated your account, the activation ends too, unless another purchase that was not refunded remains. Your local history, playlists and settings stay on your Mac.

5. How to ask

Use the contact page and include the email of your Reellet account and the date of the payment. Creem's receipt also has a link to its own support.
